These terms cover kits.flowcomplydirectory.com, the FlowComply compliance kits and add-on modules, and the PFAS State Rules Alerts subscription, all offered by FlowComply Directory (FlowComply Directory, 1032 E Brandon Blvd #3423, Brandon, FL 33511). By buying or subscribing, you agree to them.

Our kits, add-ons and alerts are educational information that summarizes public material from official federal and state sources as of the date shown. They are not legal advice, and we are not a law firm. FlowComply is independent and isn't affiliated with CPSC, CBP or any state agency. Always check the official source and talk to qualified counsel before you make compliance decisions.

Digital kits and add-ons

• Kits, add-on modules and bundles are digital downloads sold at the price shown on the checkout page. Payment is handled by Stripe.
• After checkout you get a download page, and we email you the link. The page works for 7 days after purchase and allows 5 downloads of each ZIP. Each download link lasts 24 hours. Save your files once downloaded.
• Lost your link? Email [email protected] with your Stripe receipt and we'll send it.

License

Each kit is licensed for use in your own business. You may edit the templates and use them for your own products. You may not resell, share or publish the files or pass them off as your own product.

PFAS State Rules Alerts subscription

• Price and renewal. PFAS State Rules Alerts costs $12 per month or $120 per year. Your subscription renews automatically at that price, every month or every year, until you cancel. Stripe charges the card you used at checkout on each renewal date.
• Cancel online any time in the billing portal: sign in with the email address you used at checkout and choose Cancel subscription. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and alerts keep coming until then. No further charges are made after that.
• Yearly plans: we email you a reminder before your yearly renewal date, with the renewal price and the cancel link.
• What we promise. We check the official pages on our published watchlist every business day and email a reviewed alert within 3 business days of a change appearing on a page we monitor, plus a monthly digest. We don't claim to catch every change everywhere; see the watchlist page for what's covered and what isn't.
• Unsubscribing from the emails stops the emails but doesn't cancel billing. To stop billing, cancel in the billing portal.
• If we ever change the subscription price, we'll email you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep our materials accurate and up to date, but rules change and official sources can be incomplete. The materials are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FlowComply Directory isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited by contract.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
