This policy covers kits.flowcomplydirectory.com, our compliance kits and the PFAS State Rules Alerts subscription, run by FlowComply Directory (FlowComply Directory, 1032 E Brandon Blvd #3423, Brandon, FL 33511). Our directory site has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• Checkout details. When you buy a kit or subscribe, Stripe collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name, email, what you bought, the amount, and Stripe's order and subscription IDs. We never see or store your full card number.
• Delivery and downloads. We keep a record of each delivery email (order ID, email address, status) and count downloads per order, so the 5-download limit works.
• Alert subscribers. For PFAS State Rules Alerts, we keep your email address, plan (monthly or yearly), subscription status and Stripe IDs, plus a record of the emails we've sent you.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
• Site usage. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.

How we use it

To deliver your kit, run your subscription, send alerts, digests and renewal reminders, answer your questions, prevent abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with providers, advertisers or call-routing partners.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site for us, each for that purpose:

• Stripe: payments, subscriptions and the billing portal.
• Brevo: sending delivery, welcome, alert and reminder emails.
• Cloudflare: hosting, storage of the records above, security and analytics.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• Every alert email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the emails; to stop billing, cancel in the billing portal.
• You can update your email address or card in the billing portal.
• To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected]. We keep order and billing records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Retention

Download counters expire after 60 days. Subscriber records are kept while you're subscribed and for a reasonable time after, so we can answer billing questions. Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.
